Storyboarding via Powerpoing

Stuck in a rut and don't know why? I was having this problem not a few hours earlier regarding one specific chapter. I got into an even worse pitfall questioning if my choice of cover was the right one, and how far I should go in reference to a change in title.... I took a step back and went to the Microsoft Store for some storyboarding help as I saw in "Jane the Virgin". If you don't know the show, I won't bore you with details aside from the fact the main character being Jane is a writer not unlike myself (though she's into romances. Still though.). She used note cards around her wall to determine how her novel was going and where to add plot twists, etc. I'm not anywhere near that level of planning with this book, but I decided via some inspiration to do my own type of storyboarding.

I came back empty handed. There was nothing I could find that I felt would truly fit my needs. Either apps were broken, spendy (I wanted totally free!), or something else just wasn't quite right with it. So I thought about powerpoint. GoogleDrive has powerpoint, I remembered (after a long, fruitless search for ppt. apps). And so I have spent several long minutes (almost an hour!) using a template and storyboarding my idea as a powerpoint. And omigod has it seriously helped!

To give you my own personal example, you can find the original work in the "Helpful Hints" section with the same name as this post to make the search simple. I did block out anything I was afraid would be a spoiler, sorry if there was something I didn't cross off you wish you didn't know. I wasn't too picky considering the book has been long in the making and still has a long time to go still.

Anyways, that's it for tonight. I think I'll come back tomorrow and post something else new. I'm feeling rather inspired [finally] 💖🖉💻
